I’m hoping that you might be able to help us out right now. We have a number of clients that are pre-approved, ready, willing, and able to buy a home – and because inventory is so low we just have not been able to find a home that fits the criteria that they’re looking for. These folks are awesome – they are pre-approved, motivated buyers. They are great people looking for a property that makes sense for them. It’s just that housing inventory is incredibly low.
Here’s how you might help us out. Below is some information about each of the clients and the criteria that they are looking for. So, the question for you is…
“Have you heard anybody thinking about selling their home that might fit some of the criteria.”

Young Couple with three children. They are looking for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom in the Riverton or Herriman Utah area. They are looking for a home between $275K and $375K.
Retired couple – they have just sold their home and want to downsize. They are looking for a smaller townhome or home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a very small yard. They are looking in the $350-$400K range. They would like to be in either South Jordan or Riverton Utah area.
Professional couple with no children. They are looking for a luxury home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a swimming pool. They are looking in the $650,000 to $750,000 range in Draper, Bluffdale, or South Jordan Utah.
Family with 5 children – looking for 6+ bedrooms 4 bathrooms and a large yard. They are looking in the $490,000 to $575,000 range.
